When we launched Tudor Court Condominium we had only one major goal and that was to provide good value property that is built to the highest European standards. Our managing director, Simon Ditchburn, is originally from the UK and has been in the construction trade for over 20 years, building several properties in England, Germany and Thailand. Having lived in Thailand for the last 8 years, Simon has many contacts and business associates within the Pattaya area as well as being a member of the British Chamber of Commerce, Thailand.

The company has 21 years of design and construction experience in both London and Leipzig Germany. Our aim is to provide the ever increasing European Expat community with the British standard of construction that we have all become accustomed to. All of our houses, regardless of design, all conform to the construction code. We are providing damp courses, cavity walls, copper hot water piping, roof insulation and British standard earthed electrics.
We invite all viewings at any stage of our construction to demonstrate these standards. We also provide a 5 year construction warranty on our houses to match our claims.
Tudor Villas Ltd, is also a member of the British Chamber of commerce in Bangkok Thailand. To those that don't understand what this means. We are a registered and recognized company by the British Embassy. It has not been easy to achieve this status and so it is one that we are very proud of. We were recognized by the Chamber of commerce not only for our promotion of British build standards, but for our service to the British buyers on our Project. Buying any property abroad is not an easy one and can be very confusing. It is always a large bonus when people can talk to their own countrymen and in their own language. Being a member of the Chamber also gives us first hand legal advice to the Laws of ownership in Thailand and their recent updates and changes.
